I have suffered loneliness in business, although I didn't realise that was the issue I had. It manifested though a reducing lack of self worth, seeing less value in myself to others. When I was young, born in 1964, the term bullying didn’t get mentioned. My school was not very emotionally aware. This time last year I stepped away from business and realised I had some massive healing to go through. 20 years of business ownership, 26 years of motherhood.
